Claims help
A claim is stressful enough. These are the general steps. The exact process depends on your policy, so call or visit the office and we will guide you.
Tell us and the insurer early
Inform the office and the insurer as soon as it is safe to do so. Many policies set a time limit for reporting a claim.
Keep the evidence
Take photos, keep bills and receipts, and write down what happened, with the date, time and place.
Send the documents
We help you fill in the claim form and collect the documents that the insurer asks for.
Motor claims
- Do not move or repair the vehicle before you talk to us, unless it is needed for safety.
- In theft or serious accidents, a police report may be required.
- Keep the RC, licence and policy copy ready.
Health claims
- For planned treatment, ask about cashless approval before you are admitted.
- In an emergency, inform the insurer within the time stated in your policy.
- Keep all discharge papers, bills and test reports.
Property and shop claims
- Protect the property from further damage if you can.
- Do not throw away damaged items until the insurer has seen them.
- Keep a list of lost or damaged items with their value.
Fire claims
- Call the fire brigade first and make sure everyone is safe.
- Tell us and the insurer as soon as you can. Most policies have a time limit.
- Keep the fire brigade report, photos and a list of what was lost or damaged.
Remember: a claim is paid as per the policy terms, and the insurer decides it. We help you with the process, but we cannot promise the result. Call 9880942181 Chat on WhatsApp
